During the verge of a violent political election, a group of young thieves flee Paris. Running for their lives they found their selves in a small inn where they tale refuge only to find out that it is hell they take refuge with.

Intended to be one of the 8 Films To Die For at 2007 Horrorfest, Frontier(s) (original French title Frontière(s)) will be shown on theaters on May 9, 2008 and will only be shown for 1 week only because of the NC-17 rating given by Motion Picture Association of America. Written and directed by Xavier Gens, Fromtier(s) is a must see movie for all the horror movie lovers out there. Some say that the film has extreme sadistic graphic violence and gore but others can really wait to see it.

My advice is never ever watch it if you have a weak heart.

What will you do if you are in his position?

I was stunned by this movie that I’ve seen this weekend. The title of the film is Awake with Hayden Christensen (Star Wars, Jumper) and Jessica Alba (Fantastic Four, SinCity). The story is about Clay Beresford (Hayden Christensen) which is going to undergo a heart transplant. Before the operation he is given an anesthesia by a unknown anesthesiologist claiming to the team that he has replaced the original one. During operation, Clay finds himself totally conscious or still awake but his whole body is paralyzed. He feels everything that the doctors does to him and in order to escape the pain he forced his soul to be separated from his body and there he discovers a murder plot against him and later found out of the involvement of his wife Sam (Jessica Alba) in here. The last time I read the novel I Am Legend by Richard Matheson was way back in my third year college. And this is the front cover of the book that I’ve read published 1954.

I didn’t exactly know that the movie and the book that I’ve read years ago are just the same. After seeing that the writer of the film is Richard Matheson, I am really shocked. I’m telling you everyone this story is really the best science fiction horrifying novel that I’ve ever read. Well Stephen King’s Salem’s Lot is another story but what I’m talking about is the emotion that is inside it. The story gives me some kind of sadness not to mention the horrifying scenarios too. Reading it is too much for me how much more watching it. I even wrote a poem about it that’s been published in our school paper way back in college.   The title is Survivor.

According to the test that I’ve took at The Golden Compass website my daemon’s name is Pereus. It also says that my profile reveals that I am modest, inquisitive, proud, responsible and assertive kind of person. So therefore I am matched with the Occelot Daemon. My daemon Pereus is a male daemon, as human and Daemon pairs are typically the opposite sex. He is a wildcat.
