Tragic Weekend
I was heartbroken as mike and I took a stroll around Iloilo City yesterday. There are no exceptions whenever nature call. Typhoon “Frank” is no longer here in Western Visayas memories of the disaster will surely take long time to heal. I myself was not expecting this kind of calamity knowing that the PAGASA stated in their weather report that the typhoon will not going to cross the country. But it turns out that nobody could ever predict the weather. No matter how high tech the equipments are this calamity only proves that danger cannot be foreseen. Now we know how fast the weather can change.
